Frequently Asked Questions

What are your products made from?

Most of our products are 3D printed using PLA, a popular material made from renewable resources such as corn starch and sugarcane. Material may vary for certain products when noted in the product description.

Will my item look exactly like the picture?

Because each item is 3D printed, small variations in color, texture, layer lines, or other details may occur. Colors may also vary slightly depending on filament availability. These small differences make each print unique!

Are your products toys?

Our 3D printed products are primarily intended as collectibles, decorations, and fidgets. Some items may contain small parts or moving pieces and are not intended for young children without appropriate adult supervision.

How long does it take to process my order?

Processing times may vary depending on order size and current inventory. In-stock products can typically be prepared quickly, while items that need to be printed may require additional processing time.

Do you accept custom orders?

Why can I see lines on my 3D print?

3D printers create objects one layer at a time, so visible layer lines are a normal part of the 3D-printing process and are not considered a defect.

Can articulated products break?

Yes. Articulated prints have moveable joints and should be handled with reasonable care. Excessive force, bending, or pulling may damage smaller parts.
