Shipping policy

Shipping & Processing

BnB 3D Printing currently ships to addresses within the United States only.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Many products may be ready to ship sooner, while some items are printed after an order is placed. Large, customized, or high-volume orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated using the order's total shipping weight:

• 0–1 lb: $5.90
• 1–3 lb: $8.90
• 3–5 lb: $12.90
• 5–10 lb: $18.90
• Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Estimated Transit Time

Standard shipping generally has an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days after the order has shipped. Processing time and shipping/transit time are separate. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order ships. Please allow time for the shipping carrier to receive the package and update its tracking information.

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occur. If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact BnB 3D Printing and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and assist with a resolution.

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and with household members or neighbors and contact the shipping carrier. You may also contact us for assistance.
